How would one go about making a 3-d blob for a piece

I was thinking something along the lines of a gelatin like thing but kind of scary looking

You want to stick with photoshop or use another program? You can do it either way, but I don't really know the purpose of your 'blob'.

I want to use it for my halloween piece

I didn't find a c4d that worked

I don't really have any other programs, but I guess I have time enough to download some to try it out

You can download c4d and make one on there, or pm cin for a 'free' 3d thing that I happened to forgot the name of at this moment.
