the only issue with google is you have to filter through tons and tons of low res, crap images. It really doesnt serve well for stocks unless youre looking for game/movie/etc wallpapers that are high res to use.

http://www.flickr.com is a much better place for stocks, just pay attention to the copyright usage/etc.

That's bad. You never know when you come across a copyrighted photograph or art work.

I used to use http://www.sxc.hu alot but I don't know if it's still a free stock site.

Paint Shop Pro isnt made for most of those render sites. And frankly, most of the stock are things a 15 yo boy would be interested in. I render my own because I am not a PhotoShop user or a 15 yo boy... lol

I hope you realize that a jpeg from a google image search is the same as a jpeg from a stock site...and the whole pornography thing - I havent encountered an abundance or focus on adult material or even "adolescent" material, just stock photos and tons of them. I have yet to visit a stock site that endorses porn or has a singular focus, you must be cursed to go to all the ones I do not, or something...

i get my stocks from http://www.tech-gfx.net/forum/ Look in the resource pages and there are lots of stock packs. Theyre all good. :roll:

I dled about 1k people stocks from there. lol :wink:

LOL Porn? I didnt mean PORN. Get' yer head outta the gutter! I mean things like dragons, knights, warriors, military, fantasy beasts, skateboarding, sports in general, etc.... Those kinds of things. I dont often use pics of real things anyways. Ive been messing around lately with some photos someone gave me, but usually I like my sigs to look like the cover of an asian art book or anime or graphic novel... That is just the style I like. Your average stock site doesnt usually have what I am looking for.
