im having trouble cutting out my character pic for my sig can some one help me out? im photoshop noob, but i managed to make a background of my sig that i like just cant cut my character out please help me

I was bored, so I gave it a shot but I ran into a problem: the image is horrid
I zoomed in to get the curves right and all I got was giant blocks of pixels XD

If you can get a better image, I'll give it another shot

Don't use sox glows in a pic, it's horrid. Because of the opacity isn't 100%, you'll always see some background..

You should probably save as a png format, because jpg doesn't support transparency.
