a border and maybe with a softbrush erase the bit where the head is kinda cutoff so it isnt noticable and feather the render to blend it in a little

why dont people use the smudge tool anymore?

new layer edit>stroke choose inside and what colour and make it 1px
and for the feather its easier if u juz erase the edges slightly with a large softbrush
