Request: Guild Emblem (Naruto Related)

I've tried a lot of times, been making emblems on Sharingans using photosho, but I cannot get it right. If anyone is familiar with the sharingan and can get a good pick of either: "Itachi's Mangekyo Sharingan
" or "Kakashi's Mangekyo Sharingan" then please attempt to make a emblem for me. I think the size has to be 16x16, and bmp.

Edit: unless you think another emblem is better suited for my guild "Advent" in Red Sea server then please attempt a different emblem matching the name. I couldn't find anything related to final fantasy for an emblem so good luck ^_^

Which lvl of sharingan do you want? I know of a few good pics.

edit- Lol nvm I finished reading what you said..

I got one, you cant really get the full detial of the eye in the picture but I'll look for more.

lol, well I hope you can do it ^_^ ive tried over and over and cant to seem to make it right. Before my guild Advent reaches lv4 I want them to see what our emblem will be like. And if you wan to know, we are currently at guild lv3 15% =D

Yeah I know =p I'm currently lv34 60% and my guild is at lv3 25%. we Get about 25% at lv3 every week so in about 2-3 more weeks, we'll be lv4 =P

yeah ^_^ Currently I'm having everyone (15-20ppl) pay 200k a week to be able to raise 16m for lv up and our own emblem up. ^_^
