Resize help

Hi there guys, need a hand getting this to 16x16 for guild emblem.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Only the white square messe it up. Anyways if you have photoshop it's easy. I would do it, but i'm at work atm, unable to use photoshop.

ive resized it to 16x16

one is .jpg and other is .bmp(.png)

Yeah I resized it in PSP, it's so hard to see the actual logo after resize though.

Think we may go with something else, but thanks for the help guys. x)
