Normal one is the best, focused looks unnatural.

I think the text here steals too much attention. the light/shine is too powerful. and placed too central. it might be better if you put it a bit higher so it mixes with the light from the window, and put it behind all the particles.

Left effects are awesome, are they Monarch Butterflies?
On the right, you need to fix the abrupt stop in the effects, makes it weird, like if you just added a seperate picture at the end.
Definitely, one of my favorites from you; keep it up.

The little effect mess up works well with helping set up the thirds :3
I think you should fix some of the blurriness from his jacket because it deters focus from him and add some foreground "butterflies." Or make that blurry one to his left smaller, also ruins depth.
I like the Normal w/o Font.
I really like the colors in this one, cept I think it's a bit too contrasted on his head.

And yeah, it does seem like MK's chaotic yet appealing style, but only slightly.

Erm, why are we talking about my style. I mean, I am amazing and all, but my style isn't unique or something, lul. My own style has evolved into something that I can proudly call my own. Everyone that does anything, developes their own style. Things influence it and it evolves overtime. A good way to explore is to step out of your comfort zone and trying something new. This way you expand your knowledge and you can decide for yourself what you like and don't like.
It's good that you are experimenting with your style Ex. This piece while not bieng perfect, is a solid quality piece. My advice is to keep going at your own pace if you want to continue. However, like improving at anything, you will come to walls that stand in the way of your progress. As long as you don't give up too fast, you should be able to get over most of the walls.
