Adobe Photoshop CS4 Problem

So, I've got a major problem with CS4. I can't save none of my works and "it" keeps shutting off with no error when I want to save. If you know please let me know. Btw tried reinstal and pc rr

Also, is it a cracked and was it only recently installed? Any major changes you've done in your computer? An update? Is it a trial version?
