I may be out of line but, why don't we treat admins/modderators like normal pub users? Because theres not much differnce other than the fact that they have a bit or alot more power.
when someone is chosen to be a moderator, or is an admin, those people who cause trouble, or make a fuss 'look up' at the mods in jealousy, and start to claim they're abusing power and other silly things, in some cases it's true, but most, it's not. the way i say treat as well as the admin, means really, treat them as you would want yourself treated, because unfortunately, with such responsibility, and ability to work over the forum, you get a lot of pressure and abuse too... in a lot of cases, mods and admins are actually treated worse then normal members or new comers, despite all they do for their forum.

That is very true, i became an admin of a website a while ago and had about 5 people complaining that 'There are too many admins' It gets very annoying for the person who is gettings abuse. Grats AyaChan
