Abstract sig, dint work out entirely how i wanted to - abstract is hard :(
But hey i gave it a try :D So suggestions on things to add/fix are welcome :)

EDIT: Lulz, it looks so different on my pc screen compared to my laptop >.<

I never used a tut.
Just play around with pen tool a bit.

pen tool > click to make an anchor point > click somewhere else in the image and keep your mouse button down, you can drag to curve the line now > click somewhere else and repeat (press escape if you want to start a new line).
you can use "control+click" to drag and move the anchor points or the curve points.
Now you can click "Paths" to the right of "Layers" >right click the path>Stroke path>Set it to brush and have Simulate pressuer ticked, and you can stroke the work path you've just drawn, make sure to set your brush how you want it (for a thin line like the one in this sig just grab a normal soft brush and set it to 3 pixels)

Thats basicly it in short xD or you can try to google a tut, im sure there are enough around.
