What do you need help finding Ice? The C4Ds you can get from deviant art...I believe they're in the resources section under 3D(?) but you can just type C4D into the search bar and you should get plenty of results. There are also brush downloads for photoshop at DA, and text you can get from DaFont.

As far as finding things in ps, I used help to find the brushes bar, and it took me a little bit to figure out what she meant by adjusting the brushes. You just have to mess with it. I hope that helps

If I am taking your post correctly, you can't find those things?

Soft Light (3d pic), Darken (4th pic), Soft Light(7th pic), Darken (pic 9), Linear dodge (10th pic), soft light + hard light (11th + 12th pics): these are various ways your "layer" can be adjusted. These should be on a drop down menu in your layer tab. That's the place where you can click on your layers 1-12. The default is "normal", so click on normal, and then you should see the others on that drop down menu. It's kind of hard to explain without a screenshot, so I will upload one when I get home and I have PS open.

Only CC I have is the text looks a bit out of place. Maybe try a clipping mask? But I think it looks really nice overall, great colors and lighting.

Thanks for the comments. But Oooooo noooes!! Dreaded clipping masks I have a very hard time with those...what do you mean and how do you apply them to text?

I have to change a couple things on it, so I'll try to make the text a bit better also. I'm going to make another one using the tut to play around with the splatter and brush mods some more. I'll post my progress

Update - I used a clipping mask, but uff I still don't really get them. Text was pretty easy, but Broken Saint's clipping masks are INSANE! and I can't really get thru her tuts without screwing up yet. Perhaps with time. I also added a little bit more, and I used Az's border tut wooot
