I read some guides, but im not sure how to add in the backrounds for a pic and dont how to change color and all that good stuff 
I tested my noob skills on a batman logo picture. I'm only familiar with Crop right now, since i used that the most in my 30min time period with PS yesterday. I also had fun style~lizing the edges and makeing neon glows, but sometimes the color changes if i apply that. I'm also new to the layer thing so yeah. I'm pretty much asking for help on the basic tools cause i cant seem to get it right. Some of the images on the tuts in the sticky are broken so I cant understand what they are trying to say referring to the picture.
