Nice, it looks like you have a great feel for proportions and posing!
I know you mentioned it's old, but just incase you're looking for some constructive feedback, I have some tips about drawing hair if you're interested.
Firstly, more natural hair comes with more natural strokes. Try to make long,
continuous lines, even if you need to pick up the pen from the paper every now and then. They don't have to be literally completely unbroken lines. But my point is, no zig-zagging with the strokes. Stroke in one direction only, and always downwards away from the scalp.
This also goes for shading on the hair. For darker areas, just add more strokes. It is also a very good idea to take a sharpened eraser and create stroke highlights aswell- just a few, but enough to really give it that extra sense of realism.
And, as far as shading other non-hair surfaces (like skin and clothing) goes, use the flat of your pencil- not the tip. Try to hold the pencil as horizontal to the page as you can, as it really helps create a 'shadow' rather than an area of visible lines.
