Kinda plain and +1 to holla, it needs more depth. Try to bring it out a bit more it's too small for a big canvas IMO.

Maybe you should have used Articuno from the series, not from the game....

Because it looks waay too cute and small for a pokémon his powers...

Should get some cloud stocks in there. And real plain, try some effects renders and clipping masks.

You could also brush in and smudge some more into there. This has potential. Good work though.

i think that pokemon didn't come out from the ball yet xD its so small
