Hi guys, i'm a level 38 night elf markmanship hunter now. Night elfs start with bows so i was wondering if it mathers what weapon i use ? I found a realy good shotgun now, so should i use this one as night elf or should i stick with bow ?

This is my first char on wow so i don't know stuff like this

Doesn't matter what so ever

Basically, just use whatever you find and beats the previous one you were using.

Only thing you have to keep in mind, that when you level from 20-50 with a gun, and then you find a bow, you have to level your Bow skill up, but that only takes a handful of mobs.

Not any more you don't; 4.0.1 removed weapon skill.
