Shaman professions?

Hey guys. I started WoW about 7 days ago and I have an elemental troll shaman(lvl 21 if that matters) and I honestly have no clue what professions would benefit me the most any suggestions? Thanks :)

Maybe LW and Skinning. Can make your own gear and get some bonus enchants for LW only ppl.
