Can anyone specifically tell me the visible add-ons this guy is using.

Never seen it before. However, why do you like it? Its way way too minimalist for me

Minimalistic = awesomeness, IMO.
Anyway, looks like it's a simple bar-replacement mod, with pitbull as the UF.
Can't remember any other names of the mods, but I do recognise them.

It originally comes with only 1 bar, but you can edit that, and a few other things in the LUA file. It's pretty self-explanatory, a chimpansee could do it.
