Can I return to a hacked account?

Well, put simply, someone put an authentication key on my account and I cant log on, they have also used my credit card to re subscribe. I'm sorting the whole thing out at the moment but blizzard Australia has a hopeless call center. But can I return to the char once this is all sorted out? I know I wouldn't touch a hacked SRO character after it had been compromised, no matter the level.

Anyways, yes, they return all your crap as far as i know. Two of my friends got hacked around the same time, it took about 2 weeks for there stuff to return, the gm even gave them some extras. One of my friends got an auntheicator put on his too, but i beleive he just had to have it removed, etc etc.

Fastest way to get account back is to have original CD key and a scanned picture of your passport (or passport of the owner of the account).
Submit the webform stating you got hacked, upload the picture and cd key there and then call Blizzard.
If you get someone (willing) on the phone chances are you will get your account back in the call. Happened to a friend of mine.
I myself got into some trouble selling my account a while back and I just submitted the webform and got the account back to me 2 weeks later, with the stuff the guy put on it. Didn't get any gear/refunds, wasn't necessary either.
