New Realm?

I heard that there is a new realm on EU and US. Anybody know if its true? I dont know how often they add new realms or if they announce them, but i havnt seen anything on the main site.
I saw a blue post not long ago they don't have plans to release any new ones in the near future.
What's up with the old content hogging when 3.2 just released? lal.
