Project: Boredom (More challenge than Project, though)

Well me and my mate were bored so we made new chars on new accounts.

Here's the challenge part:

  • We are not allowed to buy TBC or get more gametime. All we are allowed is the 30 days that comes with a new account.
  • We are not allowed to accept gold from friends or other chars.
  • We must reach level 60 before the 30 days is up, have our epic mount and have all spells maxed.
  • We must have at least 3 pre-tbc epics.

How to win:

You obviously must of completed the challenge 'parts'. Namely, be level 60, have 3 60 epics, have your skills maxed and have the epic riding skill and mount.

If me and my friend do that, we will go by whoever has more epics, is the winner. The sets we are going for are Beaststalker Armor for my friend, who is a hunter and Cenarion Raiment for me, a Druid.

As only 2 of each peice are BoE and we require 3 to even complete the challange, so we will need to find groups and do some pre-tbc raids (We're in an awesome raiding guild so it wont be hard :p)

Simple really. Whoever aquires more of their set before the 30 days is up, and has completed the rules, is the winner.

And what does the winner get? If i loose, im paying for my friends Hunter to transfer to his main account. If i win, my friend is going to give me 2500g and transfer my druid to my account (He's sure he can win).

Just thought id share that. I will keep this updated with our progress.

(If you want to take up the challenge yourself, find a friend who has absolutely no life, make him a new account and buy one for yourself(Around $15 i think, £9.99 for UK) and get to work.)

I like the idea, but dear isn't it kinda unfair with people who have less time.
The people who play 10+ hours a day have a bigger advantage then the ones playing 2-3.

Maybe you could use XFire to count time and set a time rule per day or weekly.
I know raids and stuff takes ages to do, but isn't 5-6 hours a day enough ?

Good luck :)

I think its 20 bucks no matter what server you transfer to. Needs proper verification.

It's £15/€20. Not sure about US but i would assume its $20.

@ _Lana_

We have stopped our mains to do this and our guild know that. Will will only raid if absolutely nobody else is available.

We are both pretty neck and neck atm at level 14.

To transfer an account the accounts must be in the same name... so you screwed that one :P

How so? We both made new accounts so obviously they are in the same name as our main accounts.
