I dont know if i should take it or not. Atm on my rogue i have Leatherworking and Skinning both around 150 skill, but i think skinning is pretty pointless cos the leather is cheap on my realm.

So should i drop skinning in favour of engineering?

If you want to have fun stuff like nitro boosters, cool goggles, shoot rockets, parachute cloaks, DO IT! I'd take it over Skinning any day of the week since it's also very helpful in arenas, much better than plain boring gathering professions.

Good enough reason for me. I only wanted it for the repair bot and cool goggles. Who doesnt love an undead in swimwear?

Well i did go with Engineering. Currently 173 skill. Gotta love having friends to throw stone and metal your way. Got my 150-skill goggles, cant wait to be 50+ so i can get me some Epics

Engineering is awesome. The nitro boots and cloak enchants are really helpful. Also Rock gloves, they are awesome.

Skinning gives you a crit bonus. Mining gives a stam bonus.

Yeah but nothing really worth while. I have 450 skinning on my DK and it only gives about 2% extra crit. Mining gives about 200 extra HP

yea...but mining gives a lot of gold, where skinning doesn't seem to make quite as much. Maybe it's because JC, Engineers, BS need mats from mining? I REALLY wanted to do engineering for all the cool stuff you can make, but I need gold so I'm keeping my mining. Goggles FTW. Mechani-pets FTW too So cute.

Ok what the fuck is this now, first they dropped the stealth detection off epic engineering helms, now they remove nitro boots from arena as well, I'm gonna pick up something else on my mage, gg.
