WoW Forums Problem =/

HELP!
Was about to reply on a post on the WoW forums when a "user aggrement" pops out,normally I would of clicked "Agree" but with purpose I clicked "Disagree"
Since then every time I try to reply the User Aggrement pops out and says "You have declined the agreement or you are under age. "...
Any ways to solve this?
