But after doing a little more research, and finding the sources behind the "AHAHAH BYEBYE TWINKS"-threads, it's going to be an option you can choose yourself :>

@ Necro, I think your spec leaves some good things, Kindred spirits looks like a must, as well as cobra strikes? If your going PvE, then the hunter's mark melee AP bonus to party/raid is a must also

I'm going 21 deep in MM, no matter what, for Readiness. With that and Longevity, it's possible to use Bestial Wrath 3 times in just over 3 minutes, which should amass some huge DPS bonus. Which kinda leaves 5 points in Kindred Spirits vs the 5 in Improved Tracking. Which'll require some number crunching to find out which is better; 20% extra pet damage, or 5% extra damage of both myself and my pet?

That will most likely be the base Hunter spec, for BM anyway. Ive seen MM´s DPS and it is in fact quite close to that of a BM, and the low cost on Steady Shots make it a very tempting spec. The last 6 points can be either put in Imp. Tracking, or Careful Aim+Imp. Stings. But that\\\'s kinda up to the player IMO.

This is mostly a personal prefernce build. The points in BM can also be put in SV, but I really love Aspect Mastery currently(Because AotV sucksf*cking balls atm), and some extra pet damage is always nice. However, I feel the way MM is distributed here is THE way to build up MM atm for a raider. 10% on TSA is the best thing ever, and Chimera shot is absolutely a Farking awesome skill. 7k CRITS @ lvl 70 = .
I actually wouldn\'t be suprised if MM turns out to be THE raidspec for hunters again, like pre-BC;
Low-mana shots, cheap hunter\'s mark, and huge crits. Yumm.

Question Bob, doesn't Chimera shot make you go oom fast? (Not taking efficiency into mind here). Costing 16% of base mana, base mana being 5046 = 807 mana at lvl 80 :/. Oh well, I guess it's all good with our new AotV and stuff.

It more or less does, but a Steady Shot of ~100 mana(which is as low as it gets), a Hunter\'s Mark of ~80 mana, and a low mana Arcane Shot more then make up for this. Currently, MM has the Mana \'costs\' BM used to have in TBC. Activate AotV in a bossfight for ~10 second, in which time you also keep spamming abilities and youre back to full mana. It\'s awesome, spite the damage reduction, which is why I love Aspect Mastery so much.

First won't work for BM. No Focus regen on pets. You've put points into neither Bestial Discipline OR Go For the Throat. Without those you're gimping your DPS by not allowing the focus dumps to keep dumping.

Pet normalisation. All pets have a focus dump and family ability now.
As for focus dumps, they make up the majority of your pets DPS.
