100% EXP Increase Event!

Hello, this is Silkroad Online.

First of all, we would like to apologize to our players who have experienced inconvenience due to the lag problem which occurred several weeks ago.
We have spent time in finding the solution, have conducted several tests and have applied some measures to improve server latency.
Also, we would like to thank all players who have submitted reports regarding the issue as the information helped us to determine the cause of the problem and check the specific issues experienced by players.

Latency has improved now and we are continuously looking on ways to further improve server traffic. Soon, server optimization will also be applied to provide a more stable gaming experience.

As a token of appreciation to the continuous support of our players and in response to our players’ requests to extend the EXP increase event (Additional EXP Event to celebrate Server Integration), there will be another EXP Event from July 10 ~ 17, 2012.

* Target: All Servers
* Event Period: July 10, 2012 (after inspection) ~ July 17, 2012 (before server inspection)
* Details: 100% EXP (2 times) increase during event period

First - I still am not receiving this so called increase.


Second - There is still actual lag for many players in Mirror Dimension.

They should allocate 1 server for Mirror Dimension only. Let the Gold Bots in Takla Lag! I wanna do a quest in the temple... and my char dies while walking.


oh well, just as they say... joymax doesn't read this anyway....
