As the forum grows, the staff team should grow as well.

Obviously, I wouldnt want a moderator who posts in all capitals, spams icons, lacks punctuation, or uses five run-on sentences in one paragraph, or calls someone noob. =/ Don't lie to me, because I can view your post history heh heh 1111!!111one!!!!2?111.

These are positions I need. Please do not say "I would be a global mod...." All moderators have the power to delete spam and move posts in the forum anyway.

I need love for these forums:

Characters and Skills
A nack for talent in building characters and knowledge about skills. You give the best advice you can, but understand people still want to do things their own way. Stickied guides should have uniform, organized titles even if you have to edit them. You can spot a good guide among the average posts, and don't mind helping keep this forum organized.

Guides and Tutorials
Your a neat freak. Good content must be organized, stickied and updated. Quest guides and other materials should be updated as new information is found. I know of at least 2 or 3 posts that need a sticky already. Titles should be organized and proper, even if you have to edit them. This forum needs an incredible amount of love.

Questions and Answers
The only stupid question was the one you never asked. You don't mind helping out, and you don't mind being asked the same questions "ninety-ninety-ninety" times. You understand that people are new to this game, and ask about the simple things they don't understand. You visit regularly and just can't let a post go ignored with zero replies.

Lastly.....
If you read this and thought "I might have time to do this" or "I guess I could help out" then maybe it is not for you. Rather, I would elect the person who said "I WANT to do this".

....I am leaning away from users on Xian, because I play on Xian. Though its not totally out of consideration.

Well for interest, I do try to answer things as intellegently as possible, I do troll around the artist section, and yeah, I need to work again on those mod tags (you originally said you like them, but wished they were smaller). I am a mod on another site, and I thoroughly enjoy the experience.

I will be honest and say that my knowledge base is small, considering I have only been playing for just under 3 months, but that does not mean I can not share some of the things that I have learned over that time. I am always willing to help others in game, but I do have a slight bit of a temper, and a huge potty mouth when it comes to people taking my monsters.

I am also not above a bribe...Cookies for the win!!

I am really interested by the questions & answers forum; because we all have been "noobs" one day, and i wish that day someone helped me to understand the game. I want to be helpful here, as i love this website.

I have some experience as moderator, so i know how to move posts, etc...

I play that game for...wow already 7 months , i think i have a good knowledge of SilkRoad, even if my lvl is not very high.

Also, i am very patient, so i don't care if the same question is asked 10 times every day

Hiya All

I would like to apply for position as Moderator of the Q&A section
I have around 4 years of moderator/Admin experience ranging from general moderating to behind the scenes admin changes
I am in England and would be able to monitor the forum at most times in the afternoon (during work) between 1pm -ish and 10pm -ish GMT

I have a good sense of humor and a very cool head, i definately dont flame but do have a firm hand where needed.
I love SRO and find this forum the most helpfull and freindly forum dealing with silkroadonline and would like to put my time forward to helping others also.

I know i havent posted much so far but i do want to put something back into the forum as it has helped me tremendously, and no matter whether i get the job or not im still loving being part of the forum.

so yeah. im kind of a forum freak who happens to have his own forums . let me see.....i like organizing stuff and giving stickys to stuff thats worthy ^^ ooh and i see nothing wrong with doplertin posting so many posts because in each and every one he posts he IS folowing forums rules....hes just posting a lot ^^. Well i know i have a very low post-count ( i only ever post if i feel i have something worthy of saying) but i have been playing this game for about 6 months and i feel i owe this forum a massive debt and i would like to repay it by helping others new to the game.

I would love to be a helping for this forum, espiacially the Questions And Awnsers or Guides And Tutorials. This forum has taught me alot about silkroad and many other things and i would like to do the same for other people.
I love to help people out, its in my nature to do so, im always around and active. I am fair, if someone requested a post delete or something similairly related i wouldnt do so until ive looked into it incase the post has some meaning. Ive played many other roles as admin/moderator on many other forums and id like to be able to put that knowledge to good use on this forum and maybe share it to people who need help.

Yep I always try to post in correct grammar, good organization, porper speeling and prop,er pun-ctuation, (That's a joke btw XD)

as for me? guides and tuts. I am fair and try to understand everything from each view point before posting. I know the general rules around here. I can understand if i'm not picked ( since i havn't been here long). I try not to flame and be as polite as i can when i post. I have 1337 posting skillzzzz (lol jk, im prettty active poster). I am on this forum everyday, and it's usually the site i go to first. I know a good guide when i see one and i like organization. Messy things annoy me and i usually have to fix it immediatly lol. I'd like to qualify for the Characters and Skills scetion.
My english is ok(If I may say so myself), I know how to post properly, I understand I might not me picked, and I will be able to live with that, I have flamed, but I keep it low, only if I got a bad day, or feel like skepticism, I do, but it is kept low. I do my very best to be active, and I love this forum, not only because it's needed for the "job" but because I love the atmosphere here, and the people passing by.

I got a decent knowlege of builds, and will do my best to help the grasshoppers out, posting helpful posts(argh, that sounds stupid, lol) and directing them to a guide where needed.

Well I may not have many posts, and I may only be level 19, but I am a total neat freak, and I helped write some guides for runescape for a forum that doesn't exsist anymore. However, does moderating the guides just mean that we update them, and clean them up a bit, not write them ourselves? Because, like I said, I'm only level nineteen.and since I'm such a low level, I won't mind if I don't get picked.
Edit: I forgot to say I'm American ( so i think I have decent English ), and also, whoever gets picked for "guides and Tutorials": There is a thread titled "To Farm or Not to Farm". This is a VERY good guide on the pros and cons of Sp Farming, as well as some equations on the skill exp you get according to level.
