Regarding Illegal Program Use

In this week, we posted the massive bot punishment list as we promised.

Bot punishment depends on users action related to illegal programs.

Purchasing Silk will not prevent user from bot punishment. And nothing can justify illegal programs.

Therefore, we are reminding our users to understand regarding to this bot punishment, and avoid illegal programs.

It's good to hear (read) them say that, and I've heard about enough silk buyers being banned to believe it. Hopefully the bans will continue to increase in number and happen more regularly.

It'd be nice to see a ban list come out with ever member of a well-known bot guild banned. I'd almost even go as far as to suggest (temporarily) banning legits that happen to be in a bot guild. That individual isn't botting, but is supporting bots.

if they ban the bots that buy silk, joymax will lose so much money. THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO BUY SILK ARE BOTTERS!!!<<TRUTH<< most of the people i know said, "I'm gonna keep boting lol. If I get banned I will just quit." (along the lines of that)
if they really want more people to keep playing and not bot, they should really make it easier to level.

i have to agree with the dificult to lvl up part, specially since the center theme of the game is the 'triangular conflit and the trading of silk between europe, asia and china' because you might think you can enjoy the game fully at lvl 68 but thats until you try to trade with some friends and get overun by a party with 6 - 8 full farm lvl 90s. you almost cannot enjoy trading/hunting without being lvl 80+ and preferably lvl 90 yourself/

That is not because the game is hard to level (agreed it does take a while). The reason the job system is so hard at low levels is because so many people feel it's necessary to bot and/or power level to cap. If people didn't do that, a large majority of the server would probably be lvl 50 or below. Perhaps average level would be around 30-45, determined people get up in the 60s, and the few "elite" manage to reach 80-90.

If the server was laid out that way, the job system would be easier for lower levels, and people wouldn't feel the need to race to cap as much.

Don't blame it on the "hard to level" aspect. Blame it on people being lazy and greedy.

thatz rigth, i start in a new serv and im full farm with 650k sp and i cant even make trades 1* bcoz those fkcing thieves lure kokorus or gigant to me and BOOM im dead

True that, almost everyone I know uses the Loader. but still, its all the lvl 80's-90's doing this wanting to farm more chars and get more higher lvl chars. in Troy a persn named Evil_Ben has like maybe more then 15 chars and continues to make more. its really annoying.

Yeah the whole power leveling thing has gotten WAY out of hand. It's bad enough that some people are so lazy that they have to either bot or power level their main character to the cap... but now when those lazy people get done with that, they use that capped character to power level 7 other of their own noob characters because they want to have a bunch of different builds and are too lazy to do it themselves.

So then when I go out to grind, I'm stuck around a bunch of high level characters that constantly KS me with a trail of noobs following them on horses. Luckily, I can just ask a guildie to come out with a 'bot trap' or such to get rid of them

Yes, it has been that way for quite some time. I sometimes see 3 or 4 or 10 characters running around, in sync, fighting mobs. They do the exact same moves at the exact same time like a drumline in a high school or university marching band competition.

yea, what's more so annoying than leveling is having to farm sp. and i mean, it's getting hard to do that by yourself now especially with party mobs running around everywhere all the time because of powerlevelers.

I hate bots who talk like: shit i just raised 40% i wanted level up stupid ks here need other spot fk gold botters, They dont know how it is to get ksed while training manualy that makes me sick.
Im level 53 now and penon warrior has some spots with 1 gold botter ksing me so thats nice.
I hate when like 7 gold bots walk around and try kill the same mob for example: Mijigis 3 days after bot ban

I'm sorry to say, unless you're on a new server, Euro's don't get many parties, so I have to take what I can. I do end up getting powerleveled sometimes, but it's not enough, and by a certain point, it doesn't matter, because on Olympus the botters outnumber the legits, so we can't even party play well, unless we have one character in the party slightly higher level - which is darn close to a powerlevel. So, I just take what I can get.

Although, there have been times in our union where we've gotten 5-6 mixed Euro/Chinese in a party and it works great...it's just not often enough.

If only...there would be nobody botting then, and the server would just die a quick death. Joymax knows this, thus the "bot bans" slack off after a while (am I the only one who remembers the same thing happening last year?) Pretty annoying, really, but they are good at making money off of EVERYONE, botters and legits included.

No botters = about 1/10th the servers required for legits, and the growth of legits would be much slower, meaning less $$ for Joymax for a period of about a year. They'd rather just play around and make it look like they care about bots.

I have no problem grinding in a party with someone that's several levels higher than the rest of the party, as long as the party is actually grinding - not just sitting on horses. I like to know that I'm at least doing something to help the party, instead of just sitting there collecting exp and sp.

When I do auto share parties, it's usually just my wife and I with maybe 1 or two other random euro/china players (if we're lucky). It's certainly not as good as a full 8/8 euro party, but is more fun than solo grinding, even if the exp gains aren't any better than solo.

I'd much rather go that route than to just sit on a horse pressing the hotkey for my transport recovery kits occasionally.

IMO, no joymax shouldn't ban these spammers. I HATE having to re-block them every week, just because joymax wants to satisfy us.

I have seen ONE silk buyer bannhammered. And that was because he dared jm to ban him in globals
