first off, bows arnt weak. secondly, pure int is pretty much the best chinese build right now. damage like a mutha with same hp as pure str? yaaaaaa....

i like how to balance the game out they made euros with 15 sec pot delay
but with vigors its 3 sec.
and now you can buy them.
most euros are cleric sooo basically hp will hardly drop.
