For those of you who experienced silk charging issues from 6/8/06 21:00 to 6/10/06 10:00 Silkroad Standard Time, we have not only deposited the silk amount owed to you but also an additional 10% of that amount.

Please check your silk charge history to confirm this (the 10% additional silk will be credited as a gift).

Hello. This is Silkroad Online.

Issue regarding Silk not being provided after successful payments on June 17th has been fixed and taken care of on June 18th. The cause of this issue has been found out to be a problem on Paypal side. We are planning to file a complaint to Paypal to prevent such problems from happening in the future.

Regarding this issue, we have restored all Silk that has been purchased, and 10% additional Silk has been provided.
