Server Disconnection Problem

i am soo annoyed ever since this damn update ive been getting the C9 error soo many times over one day i get an average of 5-25 C9 errors i get disconnected so many times i feel like throwing my computer out the window cant someone tell us what the real problem is instead of telling us to talk to our internet provider and if it is our internet provider how come everyone is getting it? is it because of silkroad? I hope i dont have to pay any fees to get my internet fixed..

yea im from the East Coast of the USA and i still get dc at least once a day sometimes more

Jesus christ....proof of JM retardedness..... if the ISP BLOCKED the "connection" or whatever then it wouldnt even connect in the first place. PLUS as everyone has said here,its not only in those 2 places,EVERYONE who plays is gettin DC'ed doesnt matter if theyre playin from the north pole or wherever,joymax please....SWITCH SERVER TECHNOLOGY FOR F'S SAKE!!!! so many games out there that max out the server limit and STILL ppl are able to connect. >.<
