Hello. This is Silkroad Online.
It has come to our notice that some of you have been attempting to buy silk through the use of someone else's Paypal account and/or Visa card through either direct usage of other people's Paypal/credit card accounts or having someone else buy you silk. We have then recieved complaints when invariably these accounts get blocked when the card owner declares a chargeback or when the SRO accounts get stolen. It then becomes very difficult to remove that account block and impossible to regain any items, gold, or other bartered collateral used in your illegal transaction.
In order to prevent the loss of your account, we strongly recommend that you do not purchase silk through the use of paypal accounts/ or credit cards that are not your own. Similarly, please do not have someone else buy silk for you. Likewise, do not under any circumstances give out your account login information to anyone else.
We understand that those of you in areas where Paypal or Verified By Visa do not have service are eagerly wanting to purchase silk. To that end, we will soon be attaching new payment methods from Click & Buy to service much of Europe to prepaid cards to service much of southeast Asia. Please be patient just a little longer and do not risk your accounts.

Chargeback
Apparently SRO does not care even if it is your credit card, i recently purchases silk, had my account charged then it was returned (not by me or my bank) then my account blocked and my credic card frozen by somthing that was done by Either SRO or Paypal, SRO has not replied to me at all. and i have found no way of rectifying this as of yet. Paypal has sent out what has happened to SRO and the problem should be taken care of, however SRO has made no changes to my status or informed me on what is happening. this whole system (while i understand the overprecation) is rediculous. I enjoy this game and wish to continue playing but at what point does it stop being worth the hassle?
Thank you SRO for ruining my holiday season

Get on the phone with paypal and don't get off until you get them to send the payment and notify Joymax that your account is in good standing. That is their job. They will be able to see where the chargeback payment was sent, and re-send it to the same account. They may tell you that the notification will be sent to Joymax at the end of the next billing cycle; unfortunately that's normal and you might just have to wait a couple weeks.
LOL
