Regarding prize provision in GM Line Up event

Hello, this is Silkroad Online.

The prize of GM Line Up Event ‘The full set of Demon Shaitan Outfit’ was already provided to all of the winners last January 15, 2013. However, some of the winners complained about not receiving, being unable to take out the prize from Item Storage or being available to use it so our GM Team started go check and it turned out that some of the winners did not receive or could not take it out.

We will follow up and solve this matter during weekly server inspection on Feb 19, 2013. Please be reminded that winners who were not able to receive must leave at least 3 empty slots in the storage for the proper provision.

We apologize for any inconvenience that the delay has caused.
