Regarding Skill Balance improvement

Please be advised that as announced, the new skill balance has been applied in the game today, and we would like to inform our valued players of the following:

For the Chinese character, since all of the skills have been changed, skill reset has been successfully applied. However, for the European character, only partial skills have been modified and improved. Therefore, skill reset was not fully applied. A skill reset scroll has been provided in the storage of players who have European characters so that they can reset the skills themselves.
