The MOTP Service is a double-security service in which the user must additionally enter the verification code sent to his/her smartphone when logging in to one of our games or websites. 1. What is MOTP Service?
MOTP (Mobile One Time Password) is an additional security system that can further protect your account, other than your account password. The verification code from your smart phone will be sent every time when logging in with MOTP service, this will greatly minimize any risks and possibility of account theft and hacking.
2. Steps for using MOTP service
Enter Account Information (Portal Login) -> Agree to Terms of Use -> User Identity Verification (E-mail Verification) -> Install / Verify Software -> Sign Up Complete
- Joymax Portal Page -> Support -> MOTP Center : where to register, verify and withdrawal of service
- Players who registered MOTP will have to enter the verification code to login.
- Players who do not use MOTP service uncheck it to log in without any difficulties.
*MOTP Notice
- MOTP Verification code will not be sent to your cell-phone SMS but you will have to install/execute the MOTP program to check it.
- In case of deletion of the MOTP program and the loss/change of cell-phone, please withdrawal and register it again in the website.
- When terminating the MOTP service, if confirmation of verification code is not available, then it can be done by self-authentication.
