Although there may not always be a member of the mod team around when such a post is made, rest assured that such topics do not escape our attention and are locked or deleted every day. We appreciate users' concern in warning people about potential security risks, but once someone has posted that a link may be unsafe, there is no need to post again.
- "Adbot12041" will never read your reply and does not need to be told via a clever image that it is gay.
- The moderating team does not need to be told to "please lock this thread".
- Every time you post in one of these threads you are bumping it to the top of the list, and keeping the ad/hack/virus/flame alive.
- Posting "in before the lock" or "IBTL" does not indicate that you are funny, will not land you a job or improve your sex life, and repeated offenses may result in a terminal case of the banhammer.
We are serious about keeping this forum tidy and safe. Beginning immediately, inappropriate posts in locked threads will be deleted. If you think a thread should be locked, you can help by not posting in that thread, and alerting a member of the mod team by private message.
