Best in Show!
An event to celebrate the bond between man and pet.
Does your pet have what it takes to become the Best in Show?
Does your pet mean more to you than your guild mates?
If so, this is just the type of event you have been waiting for!
We want to see you and your animal friends engaging in intense combat, trade runs, dungeon looting and just all around furry love.
It is time for you to show the world how great your little ally really is by immortalizing them in a screenshot and sending it in to us for a chance to win some amazing prizes!
Please use your creative juices to concoct an image showcasing your pet's ability.
Use the in-game tools at your disposal to really hammer home the message that you and your pet are the dynamic duo of this century!
Send a Global message to the server, use your emoticons to spice up the shot or simply get a picture of your beloved "Fluffy" in attack mode bringing fear to the hordes of enemy spawns.
*All pets (transportation\growth\ability\etc.) are invited to compete in this event and both NPC and Item Mall pets are allowed.
Whether fur or feathers, claws or paws, if your little buddy is an important part in your Silkroad life now is the time to show them
Event Period: July 27,2010 ~ August 10, 2010 (2 weeks)
[Rules and Guidelines]
• Players will go in game and take a screenshot with their pets and submit it to the Weekly Best \ Screenshot of the Week section in the Community tab.
• Submissions must be titled "Best in Show" and include the player name and server.
• Images must be raw screenshots with no 3rd party editing. Use of image editing software is not allowed.
All edited images will be discarded.
• Text via in-game chat and Global messages is acceptable but using editing software to add text is not allowed
• Pet Name does not have to be in the shot itself but the animal must be your pet!!
• NPC and Item Mall pets are all acceptable.
• Screenshots containing obscene or questionable material will be discarded and account may be penalized.
• Multiple entries with different pets are allowed.
• All official languages are allowed: English, Turkish, Arabic, Spanish, and German.
