In order to maintain a pleasant gaming and smooth patching experience, all servers will be undergoing weekly server inspection.

Weekly server inspection will occur every Tuesday.

Game Inspection Period : Nov 11, 2008 13:00~17:30 Silkroad Standard Time (4 hour 30 minute duration)

- Cursed Soul Outfit will be added.
- Halloween Event will end.
- Sales of Angel/Devil wing will end.
- Capture the Flag Event ticket has been modified.
- Only specified NPC can give out the registration of Capture the Flag Event.
- Over 255 quests completed users cannot log in has been modified.
- PayPal 700 Silk Product list deleted.

It's not even that. Someone can post 100 post per day and not spam. But making topics repeating another topic he made in another section of the site IS spamming.
