I keep thinking if this is worth the efford because, yea they ban but after like 5-6 hours the servers are full again.

Just yesterday i could not do my tiger skins quests (yea im a noob) because there was like 5 partys of bots grinding there.

Moot. There are people who have premium, yet Rev6 does not show them as having premium. Think of it as a malfunction. Accounts or assumptions based on data collected from Rev6 is highly unreliable. I would suggest asking those that recognize names whether there are names of Silk Buyers on the list.
