is there a skill reset quest? my friend said there is but.... i dont see it in the 1-51 quest guide

thats what i am basically but i'm not so much into force yet i want to start healing and stuff right now i'm TRYING to fix my stat points by neglecting str because i added to much and trying to mold my stat points into 2:1 int i am just looking for what general skills i will need or if i should chan...
