i had this problem. I KICKED MYSELF IN THE HEAD WHEN I FIGURED IT OUT! go to ur control panel and turn off ur firewall. Also if u have norton's or a simular program turn the firewall off. when u turn all ur firewalls off and double click the startup icon it will update the version u downloaded. I ho...

yes it sounds silly but make sure u close down ALL ur firewalls. for me it was windows firewall and norton's firewall. worked for me

yes i was getting this error. i decided to download the sro client from the website ver 1.059 but now that1 wont work bc it cant be patched. the current patch on the website is 4 1.062-1.064. my feeling is that they, (joymax, sro) need to put a more recent version of the client and/or fix this error...

seems that many are having ths issue. i saw many more complaints in sro homepage forums. i also sent a bug report.

its a long story.... (check my thread "problems after the 10/14 patch"). i have redownloaded the sro client from the website (1.059). now when i click the icon its says server inspection, but i know there is no inspection now. anyone have any ideas?

any body figure this one out yet?

yes i am also having the exact same problem. i tried to reinstall, download the client from the website and its a real old version. it says "the server is undergoing inspection..." for several clicks then nothing after that. see my thread entitled"problems after the 10/14 patch"....
