I played lastnight just fine. This morning after the update I cannot get in the game. I have re-installed 3 times and get the same message each time. Anyone have any insight for me? Thanks.

You can use Microsoft's gif animator (search MS website). But I just go here Userbars.com. Upload the bars you want to animate and choose the transition you want and it gets created for you.
