I need green smoke in the middle kinda like fog and fire with my name in the middle of the smoke and fire with a horrizontal mic as if my name *violance jake* reads on the handle of the mic

how do i make them, i tried and made an ok one on paint but its wrong kind of image, where do i go to make a sig? I am a noob here being i am a level 112 on runescape what are the levels, like 3x....?
