I think the OP is forgeting a crucial fact: the game is FREE . Yes, ladies and gents, you don't have to pay in order to play. And that's prolly why JM doesn't bother that much.....i know i wouldn't Try WoW for a change, there you actually have to pay in order to get sh!ty costumer support
