They give you 9mil sp automatically and a level 90 char

My friends account A LONG time ago got banned because of a chargeback. He trusted me like a brother so of course he let me play on his account. But once he got banned he just quit. Now since i actually have some money, could i pay joymax the amount of money that he charged back on a different paypal...
