lol nope, he was lv60 when cap raised and i was only a few lvls behind, same with burner, the only person that was low, was "Crazystrong" and he was prob still at the bandits, why do you think i was that low? cause you never saw me right? lol good reasons, ask PuRe yourself if he remembers...
