I installed with Admin acc.Full control.I'm sure.SRO is allowed with my firewall.But still get that error

Why nobody help . My System is: amd mobile sempron 3000+,512ddrm,80gb hdd,win xp sp2,vga 64mb. I'm sure directx and vga compatible,and no virus.so,wats the problem pls?I hardly wanna play this game
