I managed to get the new Morrowind for a good price. Could have used a friendly face in-game, now I'll have to socialize.

Anyone still playing this? I'm thinking of picking up a copy of the gold edition and check it out.

They just added some polls on their forum asking some things.
- Whether or not they should wipe. (Complete wipe/level wipe/no wipe)
- Whether they should move from JSRO to BRSRO (100 cap) files.

They did open a new forum yesterday, so something might indeed be up. Don't really see why they'd bother otherwise as the server rarely reaches 10 characters online simultaneously and the forums were even less popular. Would be nice if they did do something. I still have my original level 90 character from back when the server was active. It's not FF though. Grinded a bit, but there's no real point. Mostly been leveling some alts on uniques, which I'll probably never end up using. Pretty impressed it's still running after all this time with almost no on...

What a coincidence I just logged in on simply again yesterday and today. Still a good server, just lacks people of course and some end-game content beside trading would be nice.

Not a fan of the job update either, but I'll still stay on simply. If I stop here, I'll probably stop playing SRO again.

I'm not the GM, so can't tell. The bug consisted of an NPC item having a higher sell price than its buy price, so for now I'm guessing they'll just adjust that. If they can check whether someone abused it though, no idea what will happen... EDIT: We have a Discord chat from before the wipe still. Wa...

No idea. Maybe if they notice other people abused it.

Well, yes and no. Could be how some of that alchemy was funded, but it has nothing to do with dupe bug.

I found a way to gain unlimited money and reported it, so that's why they took the server down.

Anyone else suspecting there is another dupe bug? The alchemy some have done shouldn't be possible at this point.

What I've noticed so far:
- Auto-select has been disabled
- Europeans start with all inventory quests active

So... Assuming there's no more delays, the server should reopen "soon" (1h20m).

Also, my issue right now is that I enjoy grinding with an archer the most, but think that bladers will own pvp at cap. What to do... what to do... Do bladers have both chains with bad status effects at 90? Or was that during 100 cap? If they have both, they are awesome. Boring as hell to grind thou...

Why would that be, though? In parties, strength clerics are preferred anyway, and while soloing, I have the hp-draining skill, which will provide me with some hp if in danger. I'm guessing, therefore, that you were primarily referring to PVP scenarios? In those cases you are absolutely right - bard...

Hmmm, that's unfortunate... but to be expected if your main advertising thread is on ePvP, a community that only knows how to bot and cheat.

They kinda need to wipe now, but that would likely cause a lot to stop.
