Yup, that's the exact same thing that happened to me. Now Joymax will say they didn't receive their money and to take it up with paypal, and paypal will deny that and say they sent it to Joymax. I did contact the Paypal, Paypal reply me say that my payment already sent to joymax. so nothing problem with them. So i guess is joymax problem, Until now I haven't get any reply from joymax.

Anyone encounter this problem ? I was purchased silk last month trough paypal and never receive the silk. and now they block me with this reason. Any idea guys ?
