my pt was 8/8 full avalon and no outside buffs. we only had 2 tanks and had to split quota/fence between the ints. not a single person had an outside buff in my pt. our other 2 parties can speak for themselves. depends on where the parties are at that you can get into, I guess with rogue you can solo whenever you want to as well but farming's faster if you know what level the good parties are at and fix your plan accordingly.
