it's happened a lot of times now, it automatically kicks me off SRO and then this this pops up, what is it? why do i keep getting kick off while im playing SRO?

hello, how do i make my weapons stronger such as adding blues to it, or the lvl +1 or +2 etc.....i heard of elixers, is there only one elixer? the intensifying elixer? or are there other elixers? elixers cant break your weapons, could they? anything else i should know about making weapons stronger? ...
