Few questions about deleveling.. Can deleveling be done at higher levels? (like 50 and 60) If so, is it possible to just level all the way to 50, and then, sp farm and delevel? sighhs, i need a lvl 7 mastery gap to have enough skill points for my build. that means i need to make it 8 if quests are giving me insufficient skill points

i understand after completing quests a set amount of exp, sp and gold is recieved.
i calculated that i need a certain lvl gap throughout the whole game in order to achieve the required amount of sp i need.
will questing give me less sp resulting in a necessary higher lvl gap?
